As most weeks are after a long vacation it was a weird one. I heard my boss give me the guilt trip for leaving, but then my mother gave me some Russell Stover chocolates and all was right in the world. She even got TNT some KSU ones too. I started reading Mrs. Kennedy & me by her bodygurad, Clint Hill. It was very good and I cried. Great book. Our shirts for our co-ed vball team came and my teammate Susan modeled it for us. Yep we are grilled cheese….long story! Realized Will Smith still makes it on XM radio, sigh. Started reading another book about the Kennedy assassination. Wednesday night it was the beginning of high school state basketball in Kansas so I watched Mildred’s alma mater win their first round in the comfort of my own home. Tails & I and Molly watching and cheering. Thursday for lunch I ran to the cattle sale barn and picked up hamburger, fries and homemade coconut cream pie. That pie is amazing. Just like grandma use to make.
I just realized I forgot to take the letters off the template off the pictures. oops
Saturday I got things ready for an Ooh La La session and made this garter. When we were in Dallas I found a painted canvas to hang on my living room wall. I really liked it and it was only $15. It was worth all the bickering from TNT to haul it around in the pickup for 4 days and 643 miles home so when he walked in the house on Saturday and saw I’d bought a rather expensive new canvas he wasn’t happy. But I saw this and just had to have it. Finished garter. My living room a total disaster after setting up my studio. Sunday morning Ooh La La session and this is what we came up with. OOoh La La INDEED!
Mmmm grilled cheese… my favorite!
Oooh- I need to hear more about this oooh-la-la session… is it a boudoir session?
YES it is Sarah!!! I really enjoy doing. My sister does the hair & makeup then I take the pictures.
